Due to the changing times and new machinery these donkeys came close to disappearing.The Mammoth Jack is a male donkey that stands at least 58 inches high. The female Mammoth Donkey is called jennets and stands at least 56 inches high. To create the mule the Mammoth Jack is bred to a mare and the offspring is a mule. These mules were used for farm work.
